If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Toys and Stuff reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. All pricing information is reviewed and updated every week.
In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Goods and Toys and Stuff processing that order and taking payment, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price;
All prices on the Website do include VAT.
- Delivery
Toys and Stuff will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.
The despatch email from Toys and Stuff will include details of our courier that will be delivering your goods. In most circumstances, the courier will then notify you separately, via email or text, to confirm the delivery time for your Goods. Our courier will endeavour to supply a one hour time slot for the delivery. If you wish to change this slot, please notify the courier directly.
If Toys and Stuff receives no communication from you, within 10 days of delivery of your Goods, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
